Hyperscalers, frontier labs, deployment firms and consultancies
Ten or more forward-deployed or solutions engineers working inside enterprise accounts, and one live engagement you can bring this quarter, with a client sponsor who can open its systems. Best fit: an engagement stuck between pilot and production, or a renewal or expansion inside six months. Your engineer works from a priced map of the company, and together we measure how much of their time moves from building to connecting.
Companies running their own AI programs
$300M to $3B in revenue, one operating estate with a technology budget the CFO can name, and AI pilots that have not yet reached the P&L. A cost or AI program with a CFO mandate, or a carve-out or integration in the last two years.
Funds with an operating partner practice
$1B to $10B under management, 8 to 25 portfolio companies, and a reason to act this quarter: a deal closing, a 100-day plan starting, or an exit inside 18 months.

What we ask
- A look back. One or two finished AI projects replayed through Massif, or a historical cut under NDA: a closed fiscal year's ledger and system inventory, or a past deal's data room.
- Thresholds agreed before the work starts. Each one tests a stated hypothesis, and a miss is a finding.
- A reference, once a second member of the cohort has signed, or by mid-2027, whichever comes first.
- Permission to learn from anonymized, aggregated results, so every deployment makes the next one better. Your data stays yours, and nothing we publish names you or can be traced to you.
Questions we hear
Does Massif replace the tools we already run?
No. It reads the tools your teams rely on, such as the ledger, the IT cost model, the service desk and your data platform, and writes the work back into your project and agile tools. It takes no feature from a tool you keep.
Is change management included?
Massif puts the conditions for change in place and shows where the work stalls. Your engineers and your own change leads deliver the change, with Massif as their instrument.
Does our data leave our environment?
Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's, and we agree where it's hosted before any of it moves.
How much of our people's time does it take?
Less than an interview-led assessment. Massif reads your systems directly, and your people review and correct what it finds. We size the time with you on the first call.
What does it cost?
We share Early Access pricing on the first call, once we know the scope. It holds through year three.
