Privacy
How we handle what you share with us, in plain words.
Who we are
Tiger Mountain builds Massif. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Tiger Mountain. Questions go to hello@tigermountain.ai.
What we collect
- Your Early Access application: your name, work email, organization, role, and what you would bring to the program.
- What you send us by email or in conversation with our team.
- How the site is used. We run Plausible Analytics on our own server. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect personal data. We see totals, such as which pages are read, where visitors came from, and their country and device type.
How we use it
We use your application and messages to assess your application, reply to you, arrange conversations, and keep a record of our relationship with your organization. We use site totals to improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who else sees it
Our founders and the team members who work with applicants. Our email and records are hosted by Google Workspace in the United States, which processes them for us under its own data protection terms. We disclose information beyond that only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we are talking with your organization or working together, and then for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to hello@tigermountain.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interest in assessing applications and on the steps you ask us to take before an agreement. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.
Security
Access is limited to the people who need it, and our providers encrypt information in transit and at rest.
Customer data in Massif
This policy covers this website and our conversations with you. Data a customer brings into Massif is governed by that customer's agreement with us.
Children
This site is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
